The FCI provides 24 V d.c. (from the source) and an isolated 5 V d.c. power to the base cluster’s I/O modules (12 maximum) by way of the ModuleBus connections.
One power source (single or redundant 24 V d.c.) can be connected to the power terminals (L+ & L-) of the FCI.
