Product Introduction
This product is a ready-to-use 1×TAE electrophoresis buffer suitable for nucleic acid molecule agarose gel and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It can be used as electrophoresis buffer and gel preparation buffer, and can be used for electrophoresis separation of genomic DNA, large molecular supercoiled DNA, RNA and DNA greater than 1500 bp, and recovered DNA fragments. The main components of the product are 40 mM Tris-acetate, 1.0 mM EDTA, pH 8.4-8.6@25℃.
