Rose flower tea processing steps are: withering and drying.
Each day process 100kg fresh rose flower, water content about 85%, total processing time about 19 hours.
Picking ripe rose flower, remove impurities, damaged petals and clean the flower, then put the flower on the sieve, dry the water naturally about 1 hour, and let the aroma be revealed.
Each sieve can put about 1 kg fresh flower 10kg, we recomend you use 10pcs sieves.

The drying of roses is divided into three steps:
1. Set the temperature to 35-40℃, keep this temperature for 3 hours;
2. Set the temperature to 40-45℃, keep this temperature for 5 hours;
3. Set the temperature to 45-50℃, keep this temperature for 10 hours.
