Sliding
vacuum tube furnace is a special furnace developed for the growth of graphene,
also apply to rise faster cooling speed CVD experiment. Furnace body adopt
SHKGL - 1200 open tubular furnace, bottom equipped with linear slide rail, when finish the growth, pull the furnace body around to
ensure there is enough space to make the experimental sample removed from the
furnace, realize the requirement of rapid cooling.
Function and feature:
1.Using vacuum
level rapid flange seal, only budge clamp to complete the flange connection, put
and take material conveniently , avoid the bolt seal artificial operation lead
to leakage and installation of flange lead to the heating pipe damage .
2.Furnace body

polycrystalline alumina fiber,

miscellaneous ball, high purity, energy saving effect is superior to other
domestic fiber material, embedded resistance wire used high resistance alloy
wire 0 cr27al7mo2, durable in use, the highest heating temperature is 1200 ℃.

vacuum, gas path fast interface, can company with our vacuum system, the mixed
gas system optionally.
5.Provide
data conversion interface, cooperate with our company custom software, and
computer networking, can realize single or many sets of electric furnace remote
control, real-time tracking, historical records, the output statements, and
other functions; Can be installed the paperless recording device, realize data
storage and output.
6.Built-in
thermocouple, real-time monitoring of constant temperature zone temperature.
7.Cover
open automatically power off function, over temperature alarm function and
power leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
