Mold Thermostat
The mold temperature machine is a kind of precision temperature control equipment, its main function is to accurately adjust the temperature of the mold, to ensure the constant temperature environment required in the production process. It consists of several key components, including a heating unit, a heating and cooling system, a power transmission system, a liquid level control system, as well as a temperature sensor, an injection port, and more.
During operation, the pump of the power transmission system transports the hot liquid from the heating chamber to the mould and from the mould back to the chamber. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the hot liquid in real time and transmits the data to the controller in the control department. The controller automatically adjusts the status of the heater and solenoid valve according to the set target temperature value, so as to indirectly control the mold temperature.
When the mold temperature is higher than the set point, the controller opens the solenoid valve and allows cooling water to enter the system to reduce the temperature of the hot liquid until it returns to the preset range. Conversely, if the mold temperature is below the set point, the controller activates the heater to increase the temperature of the hot liquid to the desired level.
This fine temperature adjustment mechanism ensures that the mold can maintain the best constant temperature during the production process, effectively avoiding product quality problems caused by temperature fluctuations, and greatly improving production efficiency and product yield.
