The 1336S-MCB-SP1 serves as a replacement for the Main Control Board in 1336 Plus drives, which are initially delivered with an MCB pre-installed. Its primary function is to provide an interface for control and signal wiring via the TB2 terminal, located at the bottom of the board.

The board supports multiple connections, including a potentiometer input terminal, Analog Input (0-10 VDC and 4-20 mA), pulse input, Form A contact outputs (CR1 and CR2), and Form C contact outputs (CR3 and CR4 relays). Additionally, it features a TE terminal for True Earth Shield Termination and integrates a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter for analog input and a 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter for analog output.
