The earthing/grounding switch andthe main disconnecting
device areeither mechanically or electricallyinterlocked
so that the earthing/grounding switch can only be closedwhen
the main disconnecting switchis open, and vice versa.
Close the supply (rectifier) unit switch-disconnector.
On units with line contactors, thesupply unit charges
the contactorcontrol capacitors (3 s at first start).
The supply unit performs a faultstatus check.
