Vacuum tube electric lab furnace is adopted touch screen control system, all the operations
can be achieved by touch screen. Graphic Interface, easy operation. Also double shell structure and intelligent program
temperature control system, phase trigger, SCR control. Furnace chamber adopted
imported polycrystalline alumina fiber material, between the double furnace
shell with air cooling system, fast heating and cooling, and can open the lid
for rapid cooling. Reasonable structure, beautiful appearance.
Main function & Features:
1. With 7 inch touch screen, graphic interface easy
operation; All the experiment data can be exported through USB interface (all
the heating curve can be screenshots and export to a U-disk), easy for long
time save experiment data.
2. Experiment data can copy to computer by U-disk through
USB interface. And can be save as Excel format.
3. Adopted KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange
the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen.
Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating
tube damaging which caused by installation flanges.
4. Adopt imported polycrystalline fiber vacuum absorption
furnace chamber
5. Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working
with our vacuum system or mixed gas system.
6. The temperature control system uses artificial
intelligence technology, with PID control, self-tuning function

8. Heating rate: Recommend 10℃/min, Max. 30℃/min
5. Built - in
thermocouple, real-time monitoring the temperature of the heated material.
6. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be
connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking,
history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the
paperless recorder for data storage and output.
7. Over temperature will alarm and cut off power
supply automatically, also with leakage protect function, operation more
safety.
