SGL - 1400C vacuum atmosphere tube furnace is adopted high quality
silicon carbide rod as heating elements, it adopts dual shell structure and
intelligent auto-control temperature system, phase-shift trigger, SCR control,
the furnace chamber adopts polycrystalline alumina fiber material. It is equipped
with cooling system between the dual shell which can heat and cool rapidly, vacuum
device for optional purchase, the furnace can work under the vacuum or atmosphere.
Main function and features:
1.
Adopted KF quick flange sealing, the connection can be done only by a clamp
flange. It is very convenient to put in and take out the specimen. Avoiding
bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube
damage which caused by flange installation .
2. Furnace chamber adopts imported
polycrystalline alumina fiber, good heat preservation performance,durable, high
tensile strength, no miscellaneous ball, high purity, energy saving effect is obviously better than domestic
fiber material. Heating elements adopted high quality silicon carbide
rod, greatly improve its service life ; 99.99% alundum tube with high density,
not easy break.
3. Reserved vacuum and gas path fast
interface, could connect with our vacuum system or mixed gas system directly.
4. Reserved 485 convert interface, can
be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time
tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed
the paperless recorder for data storage and output.
5. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitor the temperature of the
heated material (for optional purchase).
6. On the flange can add a observation window, to real-time observe
the sintered material conditions (for optional purchase).
7. Over-temperature will alarm and automatic cut off the power,
leakage protection function,safe and reliable operation
