The 1746-HSCE is a multi-channel high-speed counter encoder module. The module has 4 inputs and 4 outputs.It is compatible with the SLC 500 family of programmable controllers, except with the 1747-ASB Remote I/O Adapter Module. The module is commonly used in applications such as packaging, material handling, flow monitoring, cut-to-length, motor speed control, and machining. The 1746-HSCE has a thermal dissipation of 3.5 BTU/hour at 5V DC.
