It has 16 inputs and is a general-purpose DC sinking input module. The module accepts a nominal input voltage of 24VDC with an operating voltage range of 10-30VDC. It has 16 points per common. The 1746-IV16 is responsible for receiving and storing analog data in a digital format in its data image table for retrieval by all modular and fixed SLC 500 systems.
