The 1746-IV32 is a Discrete Input module that is a component module of the SLC 500 product range. This module is a 24 Volt DC sourcing input module, with thirty-two (32) input channels grouped into four (4) of eight (8) channels each.
The 1746-IV32 may be installed to any SLC 500 chassis. Similarly, it can be used as input module of any SLC 500 processor. It may also be installed in a local I/O rack, extended rack, and distributed I/O rack.The 1746-IV32 has a non-replaceable electronically-fused common with the fuse rated at 2.5A and it provides a 60s 1500V AC-tested isolation from the backplane.
