The 1746-OB32 features an integrated fuse that protects the module from channel short-circuit and overload current. The E-FEUSE LED that is provided in the front panel of the module will illuminate to indicate presence of such condition. Other channels will continue to operate as the electronic protection are individual for each channel.
The 1746-OBP16 is a Sixteen (16) channel Discrete Output module from the SLC 500 product family. It provides 24VDC output with integrated fuse for short-circuit protection.This module occupies single slot of an SLC 500 chassis. It is compatible with fixed or modular style hardware.
