The 1747-M13 is a memory module intended for use with the SLC 500 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). This memory module has an integrated 64K of user back-up memory.The 1747-M13 is a memory module which is combined for use with a memory adapter. It is used commonly as a backup memory for SLC 5/03, 5/04, and 5/05 processors. The memory should be properly oriented and mounted on the jumpers.

The memory module has connectors that are keyed to avoid improper installation. Do not expose the module to the areas in which it may experience electrostatic charge. The electrostatic charge may damage, alter, or even destroy the memory of the 1747-M13.
