The 1747-SCNR also follow some Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards. This cable has passed the EN 50082-2 EMC /- Generic Immunity Standard, Part 2 - Industrial Environment. If you are connecting or disconnecting the ControlNet cable with the power applied, an electric arc can occur.
The 1747-SCNR ControlNet address may be set from 01-99 with default value of 00. This default address is not a valid address which means, module default address requires modification. ControlNet address may be set via the provided rotary switches located on top of the scanner.
