It is part of the ControlLogix series and is designed for communication between ControlLogix racks and a ControlNet data highway. The module has two ControlNet BNC ports for redundant media operation and one NAP (RJ-45 8-pin with shield) connector. The module supports up to 100 connections and has an isolation voltage. The module mounts in a ControlLogix chassis and uses a removable terminal block (RTB) to connect all field side wiring.
