It is part of the ControlLogix series and is designed for communication between ControlLogix racks and a ControlNet data highway. The module has one BNC connector for non-redundant media operation and one NAP (RJ-45 8-pin with shield) connector. The module uses quad shield RG-6 coaxial cable for communication. The module supports up to 64 connections and has an isolation voltage.
