The Allen-Bradley 1756-ENBT ControlLogix Ethernet/IP Bridge Module is a copper communication module used to transfer large volumes of data using an Ethernet connection. Compatible with the Logix5550 Controller, the 1756-ENBT is necessary for communicating with other Ethernet/IP devices through messages and HMI. It can handle 64 TCP and 128 CIP connections and has a communication rate of 10 to 100 megabytes per second. 

This particular 1756-ENBT module will let the users perform high-speed processor interlocking, control distributed I/O, and route to devices on a different NetLinx network, using the Ethernet/IP network as a backbone. All these allow the users to control, configure, and collect data in just one Ethernet/IP network.
