The Allen-Bradley 1756-EWEB, or Enhanced Web Server, is a module that provides access to information from the control system via a web browser.
This also allows for the remote monitoring and modification of control system data, which is within the same chassis, using XML web pages.
The 1756-EWEB module lets you route messages, flash upgrade modules, and upload or download programs. Thus, the 1756-EWEB module acts as a bridge to access the target device.
