It has non-isolated inputs and is designed for resistance temperature detector measurement. The module supports 3-wire RTD connections and provides different input ranges for different sensor types. It has the ability to automatically select the last used range-sensor configuration. The 1756-IR12 module features overvoltage protection of up to +/- 30 Volts DC and has a continuous insolation voltage of 250 Volts.
