About 1756-M02AE
|
The 1756-M02AE module functions with several quadrature-output rotary and linear transducers. It can be mounted to a ControlLogix chassis, including the 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and the 1756-A17, but it requires an RTB, or Removable Terminal Block. The 1756-TBCH or the 1756-TBS6H RTB are both compatible this module, and they can be installed in any available slot of the chassis. Ground the chassis and power supply before installing the module with the RTB to the chassis.
The 1756-M02AE module also has home limit switch inputs, drive fault inputs, and drive enable outputs. Three direct connections are possible with the 1756-M02AE module. Its servo loop type is a nested PI digital position and velocity servo.
