The 1756-TBCH is a removable terminal block designed for easy connection between 1756 I/O modules and industrial wiring systems. It features a 36-pin cage clamp with a standard housing and a wiring arm depth of 2.5 mm². When wiring, the required screw torque is 0.5 Nm, and a 3.2 mm screwdriver is recommended. It supports both solid and stranded copper wires with insulation rated for 90°C or higher. Wire sizes range from 0.33 - 2.1 mm² (22 - 14 AWG) for single wire connections, and 0.33 - 1.3 mm² (22 - 16 AWG) for double wire connections. The terminal block has compact dimensions of 5.51 x 4.41 x 5.71 inches and weighs 0.3 pounds, offering a secure and flexible solution for wiring I/O modules.
