The 1771-OQ16 Isolated Output is designed to operate with relays and other DC output devices. It has a total of 18 LED indicators –16 for output status, a fuse blown indicator, and an active indicator. An “on” signal communicated between the module and the system backplane triggers corresponding indicators to light up. The 1771-OQ16 can be installed into the 1771-AM1 and -AM2 and any 1771 I/O chassis except the 1771-A1, A2, and A4 chassis.
The 1771-OQ16 is a 24V DC Isolated Output Module of the 1771 Digital DC Output Modules for PLC-5 Systems. It contains a total of 16 outputs with a sink or source voltage category. It has an operating voltage ranging from 10-32V DC, with a maximum continuous current of 32 A. The 1771-OQ16 features a modular hardware design that allows space-saving and cost-effective installations. It can be added to a processor-resident local I/O chassis of a PLC-5 controller and is ideal for general purpose and isolated circuits applications.
