Spice color sorter is based on the fact that different colors have different optical properties. Topsort spice color selector use industry CCD cameras and sensors to detect the color of each grain of rice, and then sorts them into different bins according to their color. The sorting process is done by using an air jet system which separate the grains according to their colors, you can see the follow structure schematic.
