The combination of the auxiliary heating chip and the bimetallic strip can not only accurately control the current, but also precisely control the temperature. When the current is overloaded or the temperature is too high, the thermal protector can cut off the circuit instantly to protect your motor. 2. Big contacts using AgNi alloy
The moving contact and the static contact are made of AgNi alloy, which can ensure a longer life of the thermal protector and a more accurate tripping time. The 8AM thermal switch has unique oversized contacts for large current applications. If you want to use it on a large current motor, 8AM is a good choice.
3. With insulating liners
If a current loop is formed inside the bimetal thermal protector, it will lose its function, so insulating liners are needed to prevent the formation of current loops inside the thermal protector to ensure that it will work properly for your motor.
4. External PTC element optional
You can choose non-PTC or with PTC components. Non-PTC thermal protectors can be reset automatically, thermal protectors with PTC rely on you to manually reset, of course, it ensures a higher level of safety protection.
5. Customizable terminals and wires
Here are a variety of terminals for you to choose from, and you can choose according to your installation needs.The length of the wire can also be customized according to your requirements, the default length is 70 mm.
