LM-240 is full automatic continuous kneaing machine,its different from LM-600 semi automatic kneading machine.just used in press thin dough,after mixed dough,before put the dough into bread forming machine,it need this kneading machine press the dough needed thickness,then press a suitable long and wide dough,if make soft fresh bread,sometimes dont need this kneading machine,it according your bread and pastry water content.
