Operation
1) The firing temperature of Volatile porcelain crucible with two lids specially for graphite industry in our factory is 1280℃, and the firing time is 30 hours.
2) Its long-term working temperature shall not exceed 1000℃. The heating rate is recommended not to surpass 50℃ every 10 minutes. If the required working temperature is too high, pls choose corundum crucibles.
3) Because Al2O3(38-45%) and SiO2(45-62%) are main constituents of volatile porcelain crucible, pls avoid burning material that can react with Al2O3 and SiO2 as far as possible
4) The volatile porcelain crucible is fast consumable, so pls prevent the crucible from quick heating and cooling as far as possible to prolong the its service life.
