Bently Nevada's patented CableLoc* design offers an impressive 220 N (50 lb) of pull strength, ensuring a secure attachment of the probe cable to the probe tip. To enhance the protection and reliability of the system, connector protectors are recommended for use on both the probe-to-extension cable connection and the cable-to-connector interfaces.
For added protection, a silicone self-fusing tape is available. A 9.1-meter (10-yard) roll of this tape is designed to shield connectors, providing excellent electrical isolation and environmental protection. It is easy to install and highly effective, though it is not recommended for use inside the casing of the machine.
Additionally, the Connector Protector Kit is available for the 3300 NSv probes and extension cables. This kit includes both connector protectors and the necessary installation tools, ensuring proper setup and enhanced protection. For those with older equipment, the Connector Protector Adapter allows the use of connector protector installation tools manufactured prior to 1998, making it compatible with the 75 Ω ClickLoc connectors.
