The 3300 NSv probe is available in various probe case configurations, including both armored and unarmored versions. It offers a variety of thread options, such as ¼ -28, 3⁄8 -24, M8 X 1, and M10 X 1, allowing for flexibility in installation. The reverse mount version of the 3300 NSv probe comes standard with either 3⁄8 -24 or M10 X 1 threads, further expanding its compatibility with different systems.
For reliable connections, all components of the 3300 NSv transducer system feature gold-plated brass ClickLoc™ connectors. These connectors are designed to securely lock into place, preventing any loosening during operation. Additionally, the patented TipLoc™ molding method ensures a strong and durable bond between the probe tip and the probe body, enhancing the overall robustness of the system.
The 3300 NSv probe requires a voltage of -17.5 Vdc to -26 Vdc without barriers, with a maximum current consumption of 12 mA. When barriers are used, the voltage requirement ranges from -23 Vdc to -26 Vdc. Operating at a voltage more positive than -23.5 Vdc may result in reduced linear range, which could affect performance.
The 3300 NSv probe maintains high precision, with a gap sensitivity of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) and a tolerance of +12.5%/-20%. This sensitivity is measured in increments of 0.25 mm (10 mils) across a linear range of 1.5 mm (60 mil), ensuring accurate and reliable vibration monitoring across various industrial applications.
