3500/93 135785-01 135785-02 Bently Nevada System Display

The Bently Nevada™ 3500/93 135785-02 135785-01 System Display is designed to meet the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 670, providing local or remote visual indication of all the 3500 Machinery Protection System information within the rack.

The Face Mounting option allows the display to be installed directly over the front panel of any full-size 3500 rack using a special hinged support. This design provides easy access to the rack's buffered output connectors and user-interface buttons and switches without the need to disconnect or disable the display. For this mounting option, the Display Interface Module (DIM) must be installed in slot 15 (the right-most slot) of the rack. Please note that the Face Mounting option is not compatible with the 3500 Mini-rack.

Alternatively, the 19-inch EIA Rack Mounting option allows the display to be mounted on 19-inch EIA rails and positioned up to 100 feet away from the 3500 System. With the use of an external power supply, it can be located as far as 4000 feet from the 3500 System, providing flexibility in installation.

3500/93 135785-02 135785-01 is a System Display Interface I/O Module manufactured and designed by Bently Nevada as part of the 3500/93 135785-02 135785-01 3500 Series used for monitoring seismic activity. A System Display Interface I/O (Input/Output) Module is a component that facilitates communication between a computer system and its display interface. The display interface refers to the connection and communication protocol used to transmit video signals from the computer to the display device, such as a monitor or screen. The I/O module plays a crucial role in managing the input and output operations related to the display system. It may include hardware and software components responsible for handling graphics data, refresh rates, resolution settings, and other parameters that affect the display output. The module serves as an interface between the central processing unit (CPU) or graphics processing unit (GPU) and the display device. Key functions of a System Display Interface I/O Module may include:

-Video Signal Processing: It processes the video signals generated by the GPU or CPU, converting them into a format that can be transmitted to the display device.
-Resolution and Refresh Rate Control: The module may allow the user or the system to control the display resolution and refresh rate, providing flexibility to adapt to different display devices.
-Color Management: It may include features for managing and adjusting color settings to ensure accurate and vibrant display output.
-Multiple Display Support: Some I/O modules support the connection of multiple displays, enabling extended desktop configurations or mirroring options.
-Input Handling: In addition to managing output to the display, the I/O module may also handle input from external sources, such as touchscreens or other input devices.
-Driver and Firmware Support: The module often requires specific drivers and firmware to ensure compatibility with the operating system and other hardware components.
