The 3500/93 system allows users to configure up to nine custom screens using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software. By default, the system displays a bar graph screen showing all 1X-filtered vibration measurements, and another screen displaying the proximity transducer gap values.
For better visualization, users can choose from 10" and 15" Advantech VGA touch screen displays, which are compact, durable, and designed for optimal viewing in industrial settings. The 10" Advantech display is also certified for use in hazardous environments. Each display requires a separate power supply, and the 3500 Rack Configuration Software supports both display drivers.
To reduce the number of displays needed, a standard cable and the optional Display Router Box allow you to view data from up to four 3500 racks on a single display. The display continuously shows the alarm and OK status in the upper right corner, and a rack select button changes color to indicate if any rack connected to the router box is in an Alarm or Not OK status.
However, due to limitations of the VGA standard, the Display Router Box must be positioned within 6 meters (20 feet) of each connected 3500 rack. Longer cables are not recommended as they may degrade image quality, and noisy electronic environments can also affect the display's performance.
