Q1: what is your MOQ?

A: Only one sample available.
Q2: what is your guarantee life for the battery?
 A: 5Y warranty for lifepo4 built in bms battery .
 Q3. Can you explain in detail how you match cells for a battery pack before you assembling the pack?
 A: We will do the following things before assembling the pack:
a. Select capacity: same capacity rate cells for one pack
b. Measure the voltage: same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02 v per cell)
c. Measure the inner resistance: same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1 mOhm)
All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.
 Q4: Before order, can I have samples for testing?
 A: Yes, we can provide you samples for testing firstly.
 Q5: What kind of environment should lithium batteries store?
 A: -40°C~50°C, 65±20%RH storage for a long time(>3 months) and the storage condition shall be:<35°C , 65±20%RH
 Q6: What certificate do you have?
 A:CE,FCC,CB,KC,SGS, Rohs, IEC62133 MSDS & UN38.3..
  Q7: Can you ship the battery products to our country?
 A: Yes, for one sample ,we can quote door to door . for more quantity, we will quote FOB China
 Q8: What is your payment and delivery items & time?
 A: 1. Payment items: By T/T , 30% for deposit, and balance all before shipment. For small amount, we also accept payment via Western Union or Alibaba .
2. Delivery Items: we can ship the batteries by sea, by air, by UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and some special transportation lines.
3. Delivery time: Generally, it will take 15 days after receiving your advanced payment.
