1. Products Quality Certificate, User’s Manuel will be supplied when delivery documents.
2. Within the guarantee period, the products can not continue usage or repair because of seller’s
fault, the Seller is obliged to replace the defective goods by a new one at its own expense. Upon the
Seller’s request the defective Goods will be sent back to the Seller at its own expense.
3. When the customer proposes the quality objection of our products, we guarantee to make
deal with comments after the objection of customer within 24 hours. If it needs the on-site solution,
we ensure to send the professional and technical personnel, the technical personnel will not
evacuate unless the quality objection solved. All the feedback of the product quality problems and
the solution results will be record.
