FAQ:
1.What is the wire gauge that fits into the ETL Triac Dimmable LED Driver?
Answer: 14-26 AWG
2.What is the difference between the 20w/45w UL and 24w/48w ETL model?
Answer:
-- when you install a 20w/45w UL led driver in your led light you should consider abbot min. 55% load limtation. If it less than 55%, the led light will have flick problem. But the 20w/45w ETL model is no load limitation. You can load it in the led light 1-48w.
-- the height of 24w(20mm)/48w(24mm) is lower than 20w(28mm)/45w(34mm).
3.If the connection load less than 55% for the load limitation led driver, what will happen?
Answer: If you take our 1.0V triac dimmable led drivers, the led light will have flick problem
4.Can we make our company information on the label?
Answer:
--As per the policy of ETL/UL, we can not make changes on the labels at liberty. If we make changes as your requirement , then our company will be punished if the ETL/UL department discover it . Really sorry for that and caused you so much trouble..
--If making changes on the labels are necessary for your company, I suggest you multi-list of our ETL/UL certification , then we can help you design the new label as requested.What is your opinion?
