1. What is class 2 standard?
Answer: the requirements of class 2 are :1. less than or equal to 5A 2. less than 100w. And should satisfied with these two conditions at the same time.
25.Can we make the 120w 150w 200w 250w constant volatge led drivers into one output?
Answer: Yes.
2. If all dimmable LED drivers we ordered will provide more than 12 or 24 volts? As our some of LED lighting 's voltage is more than 24VDC a bit .
Answer: ±0.5% is the acceptable margin of error for both 12v dc and 24vdc led drivers.
3. What are the details of the 7 year warranty: Is it based on 7 years of actual use? We understand that some driver manufacturers have technology to keep track of hours of use. Or does the warranty start at point of sale and end 7 years after? Please explain details.
Answers:
The 7 years warranty start at the point of LED Driver leave our factory. There have manufacture date in back of every LED driver.
We use the best quality components for our 277vac dimmable series and the capacitances we used have the super life-span. We can promise 7 years warranty if loading 80% and within 12 hours working time per days.
