The α-phase alumina is excellent material with great properties of far-infrared emission. Alumina nanopowder is used as far-infrared emission and thermal insulation materials in chemical fiber products and high-pressure sodium lamps.
Alpha alumina nanopwoder is with high resistivity and good insulation properties can be applied into the main components of YGA laser crystallization and integrated circuit substrate.
Application of Nano aluminium oxide:
1. Alumina transparent ceramics: high pressure sodium lamp, EP-ROM window.
2. Nano-alumina high strength alumina ceramic, C substrates, packaging materials, cutting tools, high purity crucible, bobbin, bombard the target, the furnace tube.
3. Nano-alumina precision polishing materials, glass products, metal products, semiconductor materials, plastic, tape, sanding belt. Nano-alumina coating, rubber, plastic wear-resistant reinforced materials, advanced waterproof material. Nano-alumina vapor deposition material, a fluorescent material, special glass, composite materials and resin materials.
4. Nano aluminum oxide is highly dispersed which is used as glidant, PET film anti-blocking agent, also fluorescent tubes and light bulbs.
5. Alumina nano powder can be environmentally friendly powde coatings. Al2O3 nanopowder coating is widely use as protective and adhesive layer. Alumina coating for high-quality inkjet paper provides high gloss and excellent print quality of paper. Alumina coating in electrostatic can improve the flowability of the powder amd the friction type positive chargeability, can also improve the construction method using electrostatic friction coating performance.

Storage conditions:
Nano aluminium oxide should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
