Application
Raw material of 99% High Purity Alumina Ceramic Ball (Catalyst Support Media) is alumina powder, in which with low silicon content. With high purity and strength, it can work at extremely high temperature environment, so it is used in leaching reaction still of silica cover downstream equipment and dirty or poisoned catalyst carrier and available for various kinds of catalyst. In filed of petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, gas and environmental protection industries, it’s widely used as catalyst in the reactor to cover support material or tower packing. With high temperature and pressure resistance, and low water absorption, its chemical performance is quite stable, and can resist erosion of acid, alkali and other organic solvents, also can withstand temperature changes. It’s also widely used to increase gas or liquid distribution points, support and protection intensity of low activity catalyst.
