The wear resistant rubber lined pipe for industry is a rubber composite steel pipe which adopts ordinary steel pipe as the skeleton material, and rubber with excellent performance of wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and heat-resisting as the lining layer.
The rubber lined pipe is commonly used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, petroleum, coal, cement and other industries for its good anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and impact-resistant performance. Specific applications include concentrate and tailings conveying systems in mines, ash conveying systems in coal-fired power plants, chemical anti-corrosion, backfilling of coal mine shafts and dredging of rivers and harbours.
It is especially suitable for conveying medium with temperature between -50℃～+150℃, which is both abrasive and corrosive.
