The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AA-EN drive is a 1336F Plus II adjustable frequency AC drive that runs on 380 to 480 Volts AC voltage and it delivers 11 kilowatts (15 Horsepower). For basic motor speed control applications, this drive applies the Volts per Hertz control method by which the output voltage and frequency are changed so that their ratio is kept constant. In this way, a constant torque is delivered to the motor shaft and the equipment connected to it. For more complicated applications, it is beneficial to implement the sensorless vector control which delivers different torque characteristics (usually a higher starting torque). The 1336F-B015-AA-EN drive is enclosed inside of an IP 20 (NEMA 1) rated enclosure and features English as its default language.
