The 1756-IB16ISOE is known as a Sequence of Events module, where event times are reported in either UTC (universal time coordinated) or CST (coordinated system time) format. The sequence of events modules timestamps information in under a millisecond. This feature will register a time in relation to a change in the input data. All of this occurs on a per-point basis. It also provides basic ON/OFF detection, a feature common to other ControlLogix modules.
