The Allen-Bradley 1756-L1M3 is a ControlLogix 5550 controller that has a user available memory of 2 Mb and an I/O memory of 150 kb. It does not have a nonvolatile memory nor an enclosure. The 1756-L1M3 controller weighs 0.36 grams or 12.7 ounces and has emissions of Group 1, Class A. This controller has a peak backplane current of 1.20 Amps at 5.1 Volts DC and 0.02 Amps at 24 Volts DC. Its EFT/B immunity is +/-4 kilovolts at 2.5 kilohertz on power ports and +/-2 kilovolts at 5 kilohertz on communication ports and its conducted RF immunity is 10Vrms with 1 kilohertz sine-wave 80%AM from 150 kilohertz to 80 kilohertz. The programming cables compatible with the 1756-L1M3 are the serial cable category 3 1756-CP3 and 1747-CP3 cables, while the replacement battery compatible is the 1756-BA1 0.59 lithium battery only.
