The 1769-OB32 belong to the 1769 Compact I/O. This solid-state device is a discrete output sourcing module that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley for use with CompactLogix Controllers as well as MicroLogix 1500 controllers.

The 1769-OB32 is a high-density module that is equipped with Thirty-Two (32) output channels, isolated in Two (2) groups of Sixteen (16) channels. This module is practical for use in applications where a large number of I/Os are existing, with limited panel space. This module occupies 1.5 slot of the CompactLogix or MicroLogix 1500 chassis to allow maximizing supported module of a specific controller.

The output channel of this module operates at a sourcing input configuration. Individual ON Output delay of each channel measures 0.1 ms and an OFF output delay of 1.0 ms. Each channel may carry a Current of 0.5 A @ 60 °C (140 °F) and 1.0 A @ 30 °C (86 °F).
The 1769-OB32 occupies a 32-Bit register. By accessing the module register, monitoring or I/O forcing may be enabled to support commissioning of the component.
