The SP-148540 is an assembly drive board in Allen-Bradley’s 1395 series of digital DC-powered Printed Circuit (PC) assembly drive boards, generally used for applications such as control processes. It is a digital DC PC board assembly consisting of various electrical components that derive a process control. Using surface mount technology, the mechanical assembly of the circuit is completed. Then, using both surface-mount and through-hole technology, the conductive pads or holes are made. The soldering techniques for the SP-148540 include an SMT placement machine for soldering very minute components and connections. It can indicate if hard faults, soft faults, or warning faults occur.
