The 3BHL000387P0101 is IGCT Module. IGCT technology applies two levels of integration: monolithic on
the wafer and hybrid for the periphery of the GCT.IGCT technology employs conventional pressure contacts, but adopts a new approach.
Drive unit, power semiconductors and cooler are integrated in a single functional unit and optimised wafers in standard housings have taken
the place of the array of chips in expensive parallel configurations. Engineering and manufacture take less time and
less money and the units are easier to handle.
