The range of S100 I/O modules is complete, consisting of general- purpose binary and analog inputs and outputs
and special interfaces for special tasks. S100 I/O is connected to the controller via a bus extension cable (max.
length 12 m (39 ft.). The optical bus extension available, makes it possible to distribute the I/O up to 500 m (1640
ft). For increased availability the extension cable can be redundant.
