Air Cooled Screw Type Chiller With Heat Recovery
Air cooled screw chiller is customized by KITDOO with Heat Recovery Units, cooling capacity range from 119kW to 740kW, chilled water outlet temperature range is from 5℃ to 20℃, Heat Recovery Chiller works properly under air ambient temperature from -5℃ to 43℃. It is suitable for commercial and industrial building with cooling and heating needed.
KITDOO has developed an Air Cooled Heat Pump Chiller. This kind of unit can fully recover the condensing heat generated by the air conditioner during the summer operation, and can run the heat pump water heater mode to produce hot water in the transition season, and can run the heat pump mode or the heat pump water heater mode in the winter.
1. High Efficiency
a) Air Cooled Chiller adopts double screw compressor, matching with self-produced high efficiency condenser and evaporator; in addition, international brand expansion valve is applied to ensure the performance of the chiller and achieve the energy saving standard.
b) Available with own patented Heat Recovery unit, heat reclaimed can be up to 30% -100% of cooling capacity in cooling mode, hot water temperature outlet can be up to 70℃.
2. Reliability and Stability
a) 7 safety protection devices are installed, ensure the chiller operation.
b) Single compressor provide 4 steps control, two compressors provide 8 steps control, or stepless control on request, provides best operating mode for customer.
c) All Heat Recovery Chillers will be tested by National Test Laboratory before delivery, insure unit performance comply Design Standard.
3. Intelligent management
a) Chiller adopted microcomputer with touch screen control system, provides the simplest and completest operation interface, timely feedbacks all maintenance information.
b) Compatible BMS terminal control system, customer can monitor unit operating status anytime.
4. Easy installation and maintenance
a) Refrigerant and compressor lubrication oil are charged before delivery, unit only need to connect inlet/outlet water and electricity in site before start-up.
b) Control interface displays error directly, provide fast system trouble-shooting.
c) With fin-type heat exchanger, no cooling tower and cooling water pump is need. Unit can be placed in good ventilate location, so machine room is not needed.
