The Allen-Bradley 1336S-MCB-SP1 is part of the 1336S series of adjustable frequency AC drives. The drive has a circuit board voltage rating and it produces the main control horsepower.  It is housed in a 74100-071-51 type enclosure. The 1336 PLUS and 1336S series of adjustable AC drives offer the speed control capabilities needed for industrial environments. Each motor consists of variable control through the three-phase induction features. The 1336S-MCB-SP1 drive offers a Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV), which provides maximum protection against surge and phase-to-phase group protection. When used to control three-phase motors, it offers optimum reliability and performance.

It also provides optimum performance to the load capacities of a wide variety of machines. It also consists of simple and easy tuning appliances that enable optimum torque performance. Most of the 1336S drives are suitable for direct connection to an AC line of the correct voltage. Many of these drives feature control interface options that are engineered to meet the various demands of the user. The 1336S-MCB-SP1 enables users to control and operate the drive through an HMI display panel. It helps users during the installation, mounting, and wiring of all application types. Since the device consists of mutual parts, there is no need for users to purchase and stock a multitude of parts. The 1336S-MCB-SP1 features a cooling fan used in the elimination of the need for a transformer during the operation of machines. Its isolated logic and power modules get rid of noise, resulting in a reliable and stable operation. Its design and infrared testing lower hotspots and this lead to maximized reliability. It also produces a three-phase adjustable frequency output to offer an adjustable motor speed.
