The 1394C-SJT05-L-RL module is a Bulletin 1394 servo module designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is a CE certified S-class module. 1394C-SJT05-L-RL servo module requires copper wire with rated ambient temperature of 75 ℃ for wiring on its power terminal block. Its three-phase AC input voltage range is 380 to 460 VAC, and the frequency is 50 to 60 Hz.
1394C-SJT05-L-RL is a member of the 1394 Allen-Bradley servo controller family. It has IMC S Class integrated motion controller supporting one axis and two auxiliary encoder inputs, which can save panel space. In addition, 1394C-SJT05-L-RL can operate under 360 to 480 V DC three-phase input power supply, with sliding locking function, efficient IGBT power conversion, module to module connection and GMC (1.5 axis) module function.
When two axes are synchronized with it, they are executed simultaneously. 1394C-SJT05-L-RL has a series of enhanced functions such as terminal, EMI filter and intelligent power supply. Its operating frequency is between 50 and 60 Hz, and the nominal bus output voltage is 530 to 680 V DC, which can cope with sudden power fluctuations. When connected to a 380 V power supply, it provides a continuous power output of 4 kW. When connected to a 460 V power supply, it provides a continuous power output of 1/5 kW. Its peak power output is 28kW, efficiency is 99%, continuous current output is 7.36A, and line loss traversal time is 20ms. 1394C-SJT05-L-RL also has an internal shunt resistor with continuous rated power of 200W and peak rated power of 40000W. In line with this, 1394C-SJT05-L-RL has advanced safety features, such as soft current limit, overload tolerance operation and IGBT technology, which can be operated effectively and carefully. It also has a protection system for phase loss, ground fault contact and transient voltage. Therefore, the controller consists of two configurable analog test outputs, which can be associated with key system parameters for troubleshooting and diagnosis.
