The 150-S135NBD controller is a three-phase motor controller that uses a built-in microprocessor device. It is designed according to the application demands and it has the flexibility to meet different application needs. A 135 Amps internal bypass is available in the motor controller. It has an open architecture and it should be protected from water splashes and sprays. It has a line voltage rating between 200 and 480 Volts AC. The rated frequency of the controller is from 50 to 60 Hertz. It is equipped with two relay outputs and a 24 Volts DC input. The 150-S135NBD controller comes with sensorless linear speed acceleration and deceleration which puts less stress on mechanical components than other kinds of acceleration and deceleration. It helps to keep the motor acceleration and deceleration at a constant rate during the initial start up and the final stopping. The dual ramp start feature in the motor controller comes with the ability for the users to select between two profiles with separately adjustable ramp times and initial torque levels.
