Allen Bradley 1746-OV8 SLC500 Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-OV8 is DC output module which is part of the SLC 500 output module series. Its backplane current is 135mA at 5V and it is 0A at 24V. When supplied with an external power supply, the 1746-OV8 draws a current of 0.8A at 24V and of 0A at 5V.The 1746-OV8 output module’s continuous current is 1A per point at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and the current is 0.5A at 60 degrees Celsius. Note that a resistor can be mounted in parallel to the load to scale down the effects of a leakage current.
